Statebridge - Fed Up
Chase recently sold off my mortgage to this non-descript, unattainable company. I tried to setup online banking which works best for me. After setting up an online account I soon discovered the only 2 available categories is for a password change or a hardship letter. What the world is going on here? True enough by the time I mailed my mortgage it was late. I sent a letter of explanation along with a request for better bill payment and contact information.
When my husband or I call their number we get to listen to the Temptations music while waiting and then comes the machine where you leave a message that is never returned. On top of all of this, they now send a notice that I owe for two months instead of one. I need to know that a legitimate company is receiving my money.
I will send my next months payment with another letter and a copy of the check sent for the previous month. Any advice on how I can get away from this company? I AM DONE.
Reason of review: most all on this list plus more... .

Loan transferred from Chase and we received inaccurate statements although we tried to correct the situation several times. They only know how to speak in favor of what is "Equitable" for their company.
StateBridge is a mortgage collector not a company interesting in servicing and discussing loans with homeowners. This company uses intimidation, predatory and demeaning tactics to deal with homeowners.
Best advise is to contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and file a complaint 855-411-****. There is power in numbers.
I was transferred from chase to them to I've had nothing but problems after problems with them
They are a terrible company and will destroy your credit score. Get away fast
